Ok. Just want to set a few things straight here. There are so many
comments on here that are based on myths or incorrect information. Diesel
is dirtier than gasoline. Per gallon of diesel, and gallon of gas, the
diesel puts more soot and pollutants into the air. The reason diesel is
considered more environmentally friendly is because it is more energy
dense, and per mile travelled, a diesel uses less fuel than a gasoline
vehicle. All this “roll coal” foolishness basically takes any advantage
diesel has and throws it out the window, or tail pipe as it were. As far
as the “Prius less environmental than traditional autos” argument. This is
a myth that has been debunked countless times. A common misconception is
the much ballyhooed the Prius is less environmental than the Hummer. Not
the case at all, and a cursory bit of research will tell you that. The old
nickel argument has also been shown to be wrong, and the paper that
originally posted the article that started it all has posted a retraction.
Now as far as the video. yes I think the lady went a little off the wall,
but it seemed clear to me that as she said at the beginning, she went there
because it was quiet, and no body was there. Making me assume that she was
parked first. Then someone parks beside her, with a diesel truck (which
sound very annoying to be honest), and keeps it running. Yes she could
have asked for him to politely move, or shut it off, but he also should
have had the decency, if he wanted to idle the truck, to park away from
others. It is clear that the confrontation isn’t about the truck itself,
but the noise and exhaust. Also I am not sure what if anything went on
before the video started. Both parties were wrong, and just because a few
people on the comment section here seem to love their noisy smelly trucks,
does not make this guy in the right. ?
If you kid has allergies, then why are they sitting in the back of the
truck outside? They also aren’t sleeping…?
I don’t mean truck. Trucks are awful. They are mean, dirty, and retarded
vehicles. Whoever says truck yeah another time, I say truck NO! They are
gross looking. They have high emissions in which pollute the world! 34
million trucks are ugly. I even hate diesel powered cars. Hummer is worse
than all this.

she was right about that truck being a big piece of shit. Pickup trucks
under 3/4 ton are useless gas guzzlers. They can’t carry worth of shit and
they can’t tow hardly any useful load. But they use as much fuel as real
