2005 Mitsubishi Fuso FE145 Turbo Diesel Start Up, Engine, and In Depth Tour

In thisvideo I give a full in depth tour of a 2005 mitsubishi fuso box truck. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this truck while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this truck designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle. www.mitfuso.com

    @strategyoracle Checked scania.com and found a 12 litre I6 and 16 litre V8 :O

    Then again these are made for torque, the weakest have over 1000nm and the Bugatti Veyron has got 1250…

  5. strategyoracle August 23, 2010 at 6:40 am #

    @Ty4ons Yeah — when the engines get that large, you still have to keep their design simple, so a 16 litre V8 makes a lot more sense than a 16 litre V32! 😛 Because they run at relatively low speed, it doesn’t matter so much that each cylinder is monster!

    The other thing is that they have to run reliably for many thousands of hours while producing large amounts of torque. Different durability requirements mean they often have lower power/torque per litre.

    wow, they got 4.9L out of a 4 cylinder inline.

    hey can you please make a video of you test driving it and also make a video of it doing top speed

  8. MattEricV August 26, 2010 at 11:23 pm #

    Oh and make a video of a isuzu npr diesel not a gas Cause I dont really hear the rumble like the diesel

  9. MattEricV August 26, 2010 at 11:25 pm #

    @1bentley4ever actually the isuzu npr is better than the mitsubishi fuso Just see dzmigrodzki’s channel ecuase the isuzu npr diesel engine rumble really loud like an earthquake

  10. 1bentley4ever August 27, 2010 at 1:56 am #

    @MattEricV I know what an earthquake feels like. Trust me; I live in coastal/volcanic California. The NPR sounds like a more traditional Japanese diesel. I like the sound of the diesels on the 1990s Hino box trucks. IDK what the model names are, though. Do you know?

  11. MattEricV August 27, 2010 at 3:12 pm #

    @1bentley4ever Sorry I dont know the model engine thing.

    @MattEricV No worries.

  14. 1bentley4ever August 27, 2010 at 4:53 pm #

    @MattEricV Either that or they were extremely careless. Good thing you weren’t run over.

  15. MattEricV August 27, 2010 at 5:08 pm #

    @1bentley4ever See dzmigrodzki’s channel because he has videos of him self driving the isuzu npr.But chevrolet copied isuzu cause the copied the isuzu npr and renamed it to chevy w4500

    @MattEricV I did see that. Chevy copies NPRs. Says something about Isuzus compared to GM commercial trucks.

    @1bentley4ever Hi this is mattericv’s sister my asking about the mitsubishi fuso.How do you take out the engine. are you big so you can drive a car? if you are big and can drive a car then just tell my brother and he will tell me.Does the isuzu truck have cupholders? what kind of car do yuo have? does it have an emergency exit you know i saw a car and it had a emergency exit thats what my brother said that kind of car was a bmw.

  19. 1bentley4ever August 28, 2010 at 12:11 am #

    @MattEricV Those are a LOT of interesting questions. I am no mechanic. But I think they take in engine out from underneath the truck. I am tall enough to drive a car, yes. But I don’t drive, and don’t currently own a car. I don’t know if it has cupholders. But it definitely should. I never knew a car could have an emergency exit. But many trucks and buses have hatches on their roofs to get out those ways.
