Saabkyle04 is now on FACEBOOK, become a FAN today!! I uploaded a Dodge Ram Cummins Diesel right before this to be sure to check it out! In thisvideo I give a full in depth tour of a 1996 Ford F350 Powerstroke crew cab. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this truck while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this truck designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
There are two fuel ports because these trucks usually work hard for long periods of time, therefore this was made so you don’t need to stop for gas, just use that switch and change tank.
why does need to be plug in?
that song on stereo i like
Am sorry but why the hell do these American cars bong everytime you open the door or put the key in the ignition. Bloody annoying.
it keeps the block warm so that it will start easier in the cold
what do u mean by ‘block’?
the engine block
These older trucks are really nice to have. I like the style of it and I really enjoy the way the rear doors look.
Ot of curiosity, what do you have it plug into I must ask, and what is it doing?
Its a block heater, theres an element in the side of the engine block that heats up the oil and the coolant so it starts nice and easy to and gets heat faster, which diesels have a problem doing both when its very cold.
basicly makes it easier to start in the cold
why not? lol
it has the dual tank option.
this one does that to let you know you have to wait for the glowplugs to cycle before starting.
most cars do it to let you know a door is open, or the trunk.
its a block heater to heat up the oil and coolant so the diesel starts up easier, all diesels have them.
96′ F-250 7.3 Diesel here, you got a nicer radio then I do, lol and its good to see that you don’t have to use ehter to start up like I do.
Thats pretty nice. Good truck, and the 7.3 powerstroke was a excellent engine
FYI its bad to grab the steering wheel to get into the truck, it will mess up the steering column and you will have to have it rebuilt. its happened to me twice
Nice truck, wish it was mine.
WOW AMAZING Truck How Much ?
tell us how much
All ford trucks up to 1997 for F250 and F350 have dual tanks its not an option. F150’s had dual tanks up to 96′
thats shit, dodge is the best
@StickShiftDiesel4X4 No, Cummins is best everything else on a dodge is shit.
keep pulling on the steering wheel to get in and the who steering colum will start coming loose
i would definitely get that truck and replace the interior with leather and add a entertainment system with dvd/bluetooth/usb! then that truck would be nice!
I bought one last week. Mine has 97,566 miles.
this truck is godly
may i ask what it sold for? thanks
