What are the requirements for a diesel trucks exhaust system in Missouri?

I have a 2003 dodge diesel. I want to straight pipe it… or at least take off as much as i can but it still be legal. Can i take off the converter and/or the muffler and still be legal? Im in missouri, if that helps anything.
