; Flush the Fuel System & Clean the Tanks & Injector Pump, Replace Fuel Filters.

; Remove and Test & Clean or Replace Injectors as Needed.

; Change Coolant (50-50 Clean Water & Anti-Freeze), Thermostat, Check Hoses and Replace if needed but do replace All Radiator Clamps.

; Change Oil & Filters, Drop and Clean Oil Pans.

; Don’t even Check! Replace All Batteries, Check and/or Replace Battery Cables. Check All Grounds Alternator to Block, Starter to Block & Block Strap to Firewall are Clean & Secure.

; Remove Starters and Alternators: "Load Test" the Alternators to Make sure you are getting the Listed Amperage, Low Amperage means Bad Diode(s) that Will Drain your Batteries. Do a Draw test on the Starters to make sure they work and have no Shorted Windings.

; Check All Fuses and Relays, Also Check and Test all Harnesses.

NOTE; If they Start then………Flush the Lubercating system and Change the Oil & Filter Again. Boil/Flush Out the Cooling Systems.

; Flush the Transmissions and Add New Gear Oil (For Standards) or Fluid & Filter & Clean the Valve Body (For Automatics)

; May need to Replace Most or All Tires because of Weather Damage.

; Braking Systems: Have Master Cylinders and Booster Chambers Pressure and Vacuum Tested, Inspect all Brake lines for Cracks and bad Fittings.

"NOTE"; Depending on the Number of people working with you and their Experance with Diesels it should 3 to 6 days to get each truck running, 2 to 3 weeks to get them ready to test and be on the Road.
