My dads duramax will do that! He put a holley carburetor on it and some ac delco spark plugs in it. Oh yeah and an isuzu 3/4 race cam with camelhump heads. Baddest diesel this side of texas

Well weither your dad has a nice truck, its obiously not a diesel. There was never a diesel engine that had a carb, or spark plugs. Maybe fuel injectors and glow plugs? Depending on age. Check the old facts there bud.
