    turn the key on let the glow plugs run, crank for 12 seconds, shut off for 30, crank again, if it doesnt start after the second 12-18 seconds of cranking, shut off and start it again

    the lid on the engin with the red whritting reminded me of the nes white black and red but the lid had no gray

    @lschvz007 My old 6.5 with 285/75R16 BFG AT’s was about 1800 RPM with 3.73 gears.

    shoulda cranked for about 15 seconds before quitting… it would have started.

    glow plugs dont seem to be doin there job… i got a 92 with 260k on right now and she will start up at -20F all day if u let the plugs cycle once and just when u crank and first fires give it a little throttle.. seems to work about 99 percent of the tiem

    i like this. my dad has a 93 with a 454 in it and it was useless! diesels are the way to go for a work truck

    Thats horrible!….. turn the key OFF and recycle the glow plugs!

    Man. Ive seen better starts with a rod hanging out the block!
